These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation or localised version being produced for informational purposes, the English version shall take precedence in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.
335bet operates as an online betting and casino platform targeting the Bangladesh market. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 335bet's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to binding arbitration. 335bet's decision in all matters relating to account disputes, bet settlement, bonus eligibility, and fraud investigations is final and binding subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in Section 8 of these Terms.
Eligibility & Age Restriction

Providing false information about your age during registration is a serious violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law.
To be eligible to register and use the 335bet platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

Age Verification
335bet takes its age verification obligations seriously. Upon registration or at any point during account operation, 335bet may request documentary proof of age and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Until age verification is satisfactorily completed, 335bet reserves the right to restrict deposits, withdrawals, and access to certain platform features.
If 335bet determines that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be immediately suspended and permanently closed. Any deposits made to the account will be refunded to the original payment method after verification costs are deducted. Registration Requirements
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must not use false identities, fictitious names, or another person's personal information when registering.

One Account Per Player
Each individual player may hold only one registered account on 335bet. If 335bet detects that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, device identifiers, or payment method details — 335bet reserves the right to:
- Close all duplicate accounts immediately.
- Withhold and forfeit any balances, pending withdrawals, or bonus winnings associated with duplicate accounts.
- Report the activity to relevant authorities where fraud is suspected.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 335bet account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 335bet will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs as a result of your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Deposit Rules
All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to someone other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and refund of the deposit to the originating payment method.
335bet does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, bank, etc.) may apply its own fees in accordance with its own terms of service. 335bet has no control over third-party fee structures.
Deposits made to 335bet are for the purpose of gambling only. By depositing, you confirm that the funds belong to you, are not derived from illegal activity, and that you are not using the platform to launder money.
Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into the same account, and only in the player's own name. 335bet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Before a withdrawal is processed, 335bet may require full KYC verification to be completed. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of standard processing hours — particularly for bank transfers — may be processed on the next available business day. Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) is used for all time-related processing references.
335bet reserves the right to apply additional verification checks on large withdrawal requests (above ৳50,000 equivalent) before processing. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not an indication of suspected wrongdoing by the player.
Dormant Accounts
An account is classified as dormant if it has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. 335bet reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts after the dormancy threshold is reached, subject to applicable law. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fees are applied.
Bonus & Promotions Terms
All bonuses and promotions offered by 335bet are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms set out here and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.
335bet offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cricket-season promotions tied to BPL and IPL fixtures, Eid special offers, and seasonal Pohela Boishakh promotions. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise:
Wagering Requirements
Bonuses awarded to a player's account must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings generated from those bonus funds can be withdrawn as real money. - Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion.
- Different game types may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Sports betting markets typically contribute at 100%. Certain high-RTP slots or live casino games may contribute at a lower rate — this will be specified in the promotion terms.
- If a bonus expires before wagering requirements are met, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from the account.
Bonus Abuse
335bet has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times using different accounts; using bonus funds in a manner designed to exploit low house-edge markets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk; systematic "bonus hunting" in coordination with other players; and using bonus funds to place hedged bets across both outcomes of the same event.
If 335bet determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.
Maximum Bonus Withdrawal
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap. This cap will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion's terms and conditions. Winnings in excess of the stated cap will be removed from the account when the withdrawal is processed.
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are only available to players who meet all eligibility criteria and have fully verified their account.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, IP address, and payment method.
- 335bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Betting Rules
The following rules govern all sports betting activity on the 335bet platform, including pre-match and in-play (live) betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other markets available on the platform.
Bet Placement
Bets are accepted only when confirmed by the 335bet system and a bet reference number is issued. A bet is not valid until this confirmation is received. 335bet is not responsible for bets that were not successfully placed due to technical issues on the player's device, internet connectivity problems, or browser errors.
335bet reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. This includes but is not limited to: unusually large single bets, bets that appear to exploit a pricing error, or bets placed by accounts under fraud investigation.
Odds and Pricing
Odds displayed on the 335bet platform are subject to change at any time prior to a bet being confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation — as shown in the bet receipt — are the odds that apply to that bet. 335bet reserves the right to correct any odds that were offered in error due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error. In such cases, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.
Match and Event Settlement
Bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body of the sport or competition in question. For cricket, the final result as declared by the International Cricket Council (ICC), Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), or the relevant franchise league authority is used. 335bet will settle bets within a reasonable timeframe following the conclusion of an event.
In the event of a match being abandoned, cancelled, or postponed, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that market, which are available in the Sports Betting Rules section of the 335bet platform. Generally, if a cricket match does not reach the minimum number of overs required for a result to stand, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
In-Play Betting
In-play betting markets on 335bet update in real time during live cricket matches, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh national team fixtures. There may be a short delay between live match events and the corresponding update to in-play odds. Bets placed during this delay period — where a significant match event (wicket, boundary, over completion) has already occurred but is not yet reflected in the odds — may be voided at 335bet's discretion.
Maximum Winnings
335bet applies maximum payout limits per event and per market type. These limits are reviewed periodically and are available on the platform. Any winnings exceeding the maximum payout limit for a given market will be paid at the maximum stated amount, and the excess will be forfeited. Players placing large-stake bets should contact support in advance to confirm applicable limits.
User Obligations
By using the 335bet platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times. Failure to observe these obligations may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 335bet platform:
- Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.

Accurate Information
You are obligated to keep your account information accurate and up to date. If your contact details, payment method, or personal information change, you must update your account accordingly. 335bet cannot be held responsible for failed communications or delayed withdrawals resulting from outdated account information.
Responsible Use
You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and agree to use the 335bet platform responsibly. Account Suspension & Closure
335bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to the following:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Account inactivity as defined under the Dormant Accounts clause in Section 4.
- Detection of duplicate accounts held by the same player.
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
- A court order or instruction from a competent regulatory authority requiring account closure.
Voluntary Account Closure

Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to the player's verified withdrawal method within a reasonable processing timeframe.
Self-Exclusion

Limitation of Liability
